Thin slices of white chocolate with natural vanilla and a hint of sea salt, sprinkled with crispy cocoa nibs (roasted cocoa beans that have been shelled).
They use organic cocoa butter for this white chocolate, which is bought directly from the Conacado farmers' cooperative in the Dominican Republic. The cocoa beans travel by sailing ship Tres Hombres on wind power from the Caribbean, in about four months across the Atlantic, to Amsterdam.
