Sail-powered Shipping GmbH sells sail-transported products in its online shop through the following website https://shop.brigantes.eu

All contractual services of Sail-powered Shipping GmbH, hereinafter referred to as Brigantes, are subject to the following terms of sale and delivery.

Brigantes reserves the right to change these terms by unilateral decision without prior notice. The o terms of sale and delivery that are valid at the time of the order apply to the orders

In the online shop, the goods are ordered via the shopping cart. You can always track the purchases that have accumulated in the shopping cart using the shopping cart button at the top right of the site.

All prices displayed on the Site include VAT at the applicable rate. You can make purchases either as a visitor to our site or as a registered Brigantes customer. In the latter case, you can also view your previous purchases via your account details.

All orders are confirmed via email. The order confirmation states the products ordered, their prices and shipping costs. A valid email address must always be provided in connection with the order.

The presentation of the products in our online shop as well as information about the products in our online shop and on the rest of the website are not binding. In particular, there may be minor differences between product images and the delivered product, e.g. a change in appearance and/or features as a result of a change in the product range.

If we cannot execute the ordered goods due to lack of availability or if we do not accept the order, we will inform you and immediately refund any payments already made.

TERMS OF DELIVERY

The delivery time for your orders is usually 3-7 working days from the date of order. We will deliver all of the goods you have ordered at the same time, unless otherwise agreed with you in advance.

Our products are delivered using standard shipping methods (post, delivery services, freight forwarders, freight carriers, etc.). Shipping or the choice of carrier and shipping method is at our discretion.

Until the goods are handed over to the delivery address you provided, we bear the risk of loss, destruction or damage to the item through no fault of our own. We are entitled to carry out the order ourselves or to have it carried out by expert, self-employed employees or commercial/freelance cooperation partners.

If delivery is not possible for a reason for which you are responsible (e.g. because you were not found at the delivery address or you provided an incorrect or incomplete address), you will bear the costs for the unsuccessful delivery or return

All prices quoted refer to the daily price list valid at the time the price is quoted and include statutory sales tax, but exclude any expenses, transport costs and cash on delivery fees. These are calculated and shown separately during the purchase process.

For orders over EUR 70, shipping costs within Austria are included in the order price.

Any import or export charges incurred as a result of shipping as well as all other fees and charges are always at your expense.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF PRODUCTS

Returned goods that were free of defects upon delivery must be in salable condition and unused. Brigantes is not liable for damage to negligently packaged returns. The costs for returns are to be borne by the buyer.

If the return has been accepted, we will refund you the full amount paid. We will not accept returns if more than 14 days have passed since the goods were delivered.

The right to exchange or return does not apply to products with a reduced price.

If the shipment disappeared or was damaged during transport, or if you were delivered the wrong product, please report this to us immediately. Reporting a faulty delivery or a damaged product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. If the package was damaged during transport, we ask you to document this photographically and contact us immediately.

Please note that there may be color deviations and/or pattern deviations in the goods sent by Brigantes, which are handcrafted as well as natural products. These do not entitle you to warranty claims.
