The high-quality Arabica beans from the Sierra Nevada mountains in Colombia come from the women-run cooperative CooAgroNevada.

Their motivation is not primarily profit but the reduction of their impact on the environment and improvement of the well-being of coffee farmers and their families.

The beans are handpicked, carefully fermented and dried in the sun until they are sustainably sailed to Europe on the Tres Hombres.
