Thin slices of dark chocolate with a hint of sea salt, sprinkled with crispy cocoa nibs.
They use organic cocoa butter for this chocolate, which is bought directly from the Conacado farmers' cooperative in the Dominican Republic. The cocoa beans travel by sailing ship Tres Hombres on wind power from the Caribbean, in about four months across the Atlantic, to Amsterdam.
All products of Chocolate Makers are produced with solar power and packaged plastic-free.
