This time our trip took us to Colombia and Mexico, where we loaded hand-picked quality beans for our new blend. The fruity Arabica beans from the Colombian highlands of the Sierra Nevada meet the strong Robusta from the Chiapas region in Mexico. The result: an extraordinary full-bodied espresso with a strong and long-lasting crema.
